Our Mini Vinnies Group
In summer 2023, in partnership with our parish SVP group, we established our school Mini Vinnies group with children from Year 2 - 6. Currently we have 12 children in our group and meet weekly on a Wednesday lunchtime. We always have a time of prayer and reflection in our sessions before we are busy planning our next event, or enjoying some different craft activities.

We have been hosting termly events for invited members of our parish community. Spending this time with our guests has been much appreciated by them as they have enjoyed our company. Many of our guests have been keen to continue attending our events which is giving us the opportunity to get to know each other. 

Supporting the Skelmersdale SVP Foodbank

Last summer we organised a collection to help families locally who may struggle during the school holidays. We also collected during Advent to make Christmas hampers, that hopefully made this time a bit easier and happier for some people.
