Resilience

Children in all classes have written their own 'Class Charters' this year. They have discussed the importance of building resilience and learning from their mistakes. Through working together, children learn that peer support is a vital role in overcoming problems. In discrete RSHE sessions, children are given time to verbalise problems they have faced and how they have overcome them. Children are also given ideas of how they can talk to adults at home about issues they may be worrying about.
